This project involved construction of a 12,220 square foot assisted living facility on a greenfield site in a local commercial development.
The basic building footprint incorporates multiple bump outs and a perimeter parapet to visually screen the roof and allow for trims and treatments. This unique building is a pre-engineered metal building with exterior treatments that render a different look than your standard metal building, including insulated wall panels and trims, and this project received an award for “2012 Excellence in Design – Honorable Mention” from American Buildings Company.
This project required a close working relationship with the owner and general contractor to develop the building from conceptual plans and integrate lessons learned from sister facilities into this beautiful new facility.
