This custom built home features a superior wall foundation construction, geothermal heating system, backup generator, multiple roof lines and levels, and unique integration of structural steel and wood frame building structure.
This project required developing basic conceptual floor plans and elevations with the homeowners and general contractor into the final product design and permit drawings.
