This project consisted of an 860 square foot masonry and frame two level office addition, extending and existing office building both levels in a single direction, tying and extending all utilities and mechanical features as well as the structural elements, matching the existing brick veneer and roof lines.
This project required a close working relationship with the owner and general contractor to identify the evolving project needs and alterations of the existing space to accommodate the new office addition.
