R Thre3 Design LLC was established in 2003 by Richard E Rylott Jr as a sole proprietor eventually incorporating in 2007, servicing several local general contractors in the design-build environment, as well as servicing many individuals and businesses as a direct hire design consultant. Mr. Rylott has over twenty years of experience in the consulting profession, and a lengthy background in construction. This experience is a key ingredient to understanding design concepts, visualizing and avoiding construction problems during the design phase, rendering value engineered designs, therefore minimizing construction changes to the owner.
This firm has established and prides itself on a solid reputation with local municipal officials, building code officials and zoning officers, a reputation of integrity, reliability and ?????? We mate these relationships with our experience to help identify, review and address issues early in projects, in order to keep projects from suffering delays due to lengthy reviews or multiple submissions, either of which costs clients time and money.
